
Stephanie Acevedo (she/her) is a classically trained Actress, Singer, and Comedian specializing in Improv, Voice Over and Musical Theatre with over 20 years of performance experience.

Originally from Long Island, New York, and of Puerto Rican heritage, she honed her craft at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC and now calls Los Angeles home.

Early in her career, Stephanie produced comedy shows in New York City, collaborating with well-known comedians while refining her skills in stand-up, hosting and live performance.
Outside of her schooling she has trained with industry leaders such as Howard Fine, Tony Oliver, and Steve Blum, developing a strong foundation in voiceover, acting, and performance. She specializes in anime dubbing, character work, and commercial voice acting, bringing depth and authenticity to every role.
Beyond the VO mic, she’s an experienced improviser, having studied at Upright Citizens Brigade, and a stand-up comedian known for her sharp wit and compelling storytelling. As a classically trained singer, her contralto-mezzo range spans Broadway, pop, and jazz, allowing her to adapt seamlessly to different musical styles.
Whether hosting live events, voicing memorable characters, or captivating audiences on stage, she approaches every performance with passion, skill, and a unique creative voice.
